product was decribed as being like new, when it came it was grubby and the memory card slot didnt work so i returned the product, they were however very quick to help which was gd thanks :)

BE WARNED, THIS IS JUST THE CONSOLE! There isnt even a pc to psp cable included.
other than that, lots of fun, but pricy

Well it's a psp... Limited number of games but those that exists are fun.
However, I used to own a fat version and it felt like a quality piece of kit. Solid opening for the UMD discs, Metallic feel etc... very impressive.
Now with this new version, not only no accessories are provided (You get a battery thank god :D)
The UMD disc slot is so fragile, on my first day I noticed that it no longer closes properly, very thin and plasticky.
Also the control pad is not properly centered (although works fine), just no a quality product anymore.

I have this console now for the last 11 month, I have never been disappointed. I never had the scan lines as the others complain, and all the games I bought are very enjoyable. A big difference in between this console and the DS, which has an annoying stylus to play with, meaning that are not many games to be played by me.
Well done Sony.

I had always wanted a PSP for as long as i can remember..
This was going back to when the 1000 model came out!
I recently saw the radiant red and blue in local stores and instantly got hooked to the red. It's not only an outstanding - metallic like color, but a really nice shade of red, too. I couldn't decide between the Nintendo DS XL, and this, but after instantly seeing such a difference in the graphics of the PSP, i couldn't resist!
For me, Nintendo DS graphics are designed more for younger buyers, where's the PSP instantly gives you the feel of actually being on a gaming console, except in hand! It's a great quality gadget with other features inside the console, so you're having various entertainment here.
I'm not fully into these hand gaming consoles yet, however i will put my first judgement on this as excellent!
