Product Description
Last year's game topped the league and now the all-new FIFA 10 is looking to defend its title as the number one football action game. More realistic than ever, this latest sequel has greatly improved artificial intelligence, ball physics and graphics. Brand new this year is the 360 degree dribbling system, giving you the most precise control ever. There are also changes to how the defensive line is formed, as well as improvements to crosses, freekicks and goalkeepers (who can now receive red cards). Naturally the game retains its hugely successful on and offline multiplayer modes, with new options and better stability for online play. The manager mode has also seen a massive update to make it just as deep and complex as the main game. With all these new features and more EA Sports are betting on FIFA remaining the champions for a long time to come. Key Features - Leagues better: The world's most successful football sim gets even better with improvements across the board, including physics, controls and multiplayer options.
- Dynamic dribble: New 360 degree dribbling control system allows for pixel perfect control of the ball at all times
- Football focus: Newly improved artificial intelligence ensures teammates and opponents always move with a purpose and stay focused on the ball at all times
- Beautiful game: Massively improved graphics, including better player likenesses, new crowd animations and new rain and snow effects that really affect the gameplay.
- Master manager: Greatly expanded manager mode, with a revamped experience point system and staff upgrades, a new interface and the chance to edit kit numbers.

Not football again! June 14, 2010 lizzy drippin (Birmingham UK) My son loves this game he has literally not put it down since he got it,Great for him but not great for me as I end up talking to myself.Great for long car journeys apart from the occasional grunt and cheer, the early man stage. My son gives this A+++++++++++++++++++++++
Awesome May 27, 2010 Christopher Lockwood (Rutland, UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I love the new style of play, it is really worth getting the game just for that, there is not one thing I regret from getting it
rubbish! May 7, 2010 london gamer (UK) 0 out of 3 found this review helpful
if i could rate zero stars, i would. fifa 10 for the psp is absolute rubbish, fifa 64 looked a lot better than this back in the day on the N64... amazingly enough. and i'm talking about 1997 here, mind you.
i haven't tried pes10, but pes09 is infinitely better than this piece of junk (still talking psp here). so bottom line is: stick to konami and stay as far away as you possibly can from fifa10.
EA? Errors Again? April 19, 2010 G. Heywood (United Kingdom) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
EA have always been about style over substance and FIFA 10 is no departure, taking over from where FIFA 09 left off.
The graphics are great and the sound is great, but the bugs really set FIFA 10 apart from the competition. In just one season of Manager Mode, I found the following:
Wages are paid on a per/game basis. So I was better off playing LESS games rather than more (in other words, throwing the games I could). So I threw my FA Cup game against United and lost 5-0 (quick sim), yet somehow still advanced to the next round! I have to play that one and lose it to go out.
Contact extensions negotiation still seems broken. One attempt? Seriously?
I finished my season first and got no bonus money for winning. Where is my 11m for winning the Premiership (or however much it is)? Where is my prize money for the league cup?
After suspending/resuming the game, I have had issues where commentary no longer works, player images are swapped (white players suddenly get a hell of a suntan!!)
The game seems to slow immensely at times during goal mouth action.
So do EA actually do any QA because all of these occured in my first season!?!
Just like most EA games, if you want something that has looks glossy, get it, if you want a decent game where you can put hours into it and get rewarded, AVOID at all costs.
The Great Game - FIFA 10 Edition April 16, 2010 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 10 year old son loves this game, in his words, "it is better than the other FIFA games it's fun, it can be tricky but I find it easy! You can be a 'pro' on the pitch which means you are part of the team but you have your own role to play. Definitely recommended - 10 out of 10!"
