Great game lots of good aircraft (big and small). But the map is a bit to limited that being the only real downside to the game but if you are a fan of planes and flying I would recommend this game because it is just great fun!

I think it's one of the best games for the PSP. It's not too easy so you won't get bored but not too hard so you won't be frustrated to easily. On the very first day I played it for 8 hours untill 4 in the morning as I did want this plane to land in a smooth way so that I pass this level. It's highly addictive and a lot of fun.
The controls are a bit of a challenge but managable, it's not a pro flight simulation but it's something between a decent PS2 game and the Windows flight sim.
Buy it if you like simulations!

Recently i brought this game elsewhere, but for the benifit of others, i decided to review it here:
Introduction
This is the first free roam flight simulator, and it has many options of aircraft, (civilian and military). It has a variety of missons and challenges, testing all of your flight abilities.
Graphics
The graphics have been made to look very good quiality, but with a cartoon feel to it, still being a in depth flight sim, but made so any ages of person can play it.
Controls
The controls are simpled out, with the anolog stick to control your aircraft, but with a decent speed bar down one side with triangle to speed up, and circle to slow down. This type of speed measure is good because it can be changed and controlled easily but a little difficult to slow down for landing. The flaps setting is one of the best simpled doen features, because if you are taking off set the flaps to 'Take off' by pressing 'SELECT', and the same for landing. While flying you then set the flaps back to 'Neutral'.
For small turns the rudders can be used by L and R triggers.
Playability
This game can be picked up and played, to do a short challenge, or a misson or just a lazy free flight. You can explore 64KM X 64KM maps, so there is enough space to have a round trip and land again. It is great for practicing manuovers or just having a play.
The load times are a bit long and boring, especially with alot of changing of missons and aeroplaners while you play.
Overview
I do think this is a great fun, quality graphicical game. It can be picked up and played, yet the loading times do cause a bit of a bore. The misson types are good when they are played, and the controls are able to use, after a bit of learning how to control the planes. There could be a few more missons for each catergorie.
There is a learning curve of the training missons, but one conquered, the game is worthwhile. After a while it gets a bit dull but i do enjoy the comical feel.
Overall i give a 8/10

I love playing these simulation games but this was disappointing. The graphics are superb as well it being very realistic. However the controls were fiddly because were it was too hard to fly the planes and the missions take years to complete! This is my opinion and buy it if you enjoy flying planes.

Despite the advertising claiming you can play a civilian or military "career", this game is really just a series of short missions, and not very many at that (for example each of the 4 military eras only has about 2 missions each). The "lessons" are very short and you aren't really given much instruction at all, just told to do things and expected to work things out for yourself.
The missions themselves also seem to expect you to just know how to do things without being told. One of the first unlocked missions is to land a 747 in tornado conditions, depsite the fact that there have been no lessons or even verbal instructions on how to land a 747 even in calm conditions! (it's much harder than landing the Cessna, which is the only landing lesson you get).
On top of all this the voice acting is dreadful throughout.
In the end this is still a fun game to pick up and play, but it's quite clear that it is in no way an attempt at any kind of serious flight sim, nor is it as in-depth as I had hoped for (nor indeed as the advertising seems to indicate). Having had it only a day I have already completed about half of the limited number of missions and I don't think the free roaming mode will be enough to make me want to come back to this once it is finished.
