Great game... December 15, 2007 S. Curran (UK) I really enjoyed the game. I really liked the moves because you get a droid which you get to fly with. I really liked the weapons because you get a purple light-sabre. At first its easy but the further on you get, the harder it gets.
Star Wars A bit of a let down. February 7, 2007 Ian John Warner 6 out of 18 found this review helpful
i bougbt this game thinking it would be a bit of a challenge how wrong was i the levels are very short and 1 day after i bought this game i completed it. the good thing about the game is it has good graphics and all the original beat them ups.
A must star wars game! January 1, 2007 Jack 'Ultimate gamer!' (Church Stretton, England) 17 out of 19 found this review helpful
What a fantastic game! I asked for it thinking that it was a LEGO Star wars game. I am so pleased it isn't! This is fast, feisty and fun! One of my first games for my PSP and i am pleased that it is. It is increasingly addictive, it is the right amount of difficulty and it has very realistic graphics. The kicking, punching and special moves are fast and furious. ONE DOWNSIDE IS that loading time is slow and if you die/ fall etc. during a mission you have to go through a process of slow loading. OVERALL this is a game that is suitable for most age groups and it is impossible not to be liked! I ADVISE YOU TO BUY THIS WHATEVER GAMES YOU LIKE PLAYING MOST!
Moves like Vanessa and kicks **** like Lara December 13, 2006 master po 20 out of 22 found this review helpful
The early reviews that I read on the Internet for this this game weren't that favourable but this is one of those games you should ignore the press reviews and just go ahead and buy it. As the review title indicates Rianna the female character of the game moves like Vanessa (PN03 on the Gamecube) and kicks **** like Lara. Rianna is very acrobatic and I think that's what really gives this game a one up on Star Wars Battlefront. Oh no lightsaber I hear some cry. Well Rianna doesn't have a lightsaber but she does have a klingon style sword that is even more devastating in melee combat. Rianna's acrobatics are similar to Lara's so if you're a Tomb Raider fan you're going to love this game. This is just as well since as with Lara, Rianna does sometimes miss her next jump. As a valuable addition Rianna's sidekick the droid Zeeo really adds to the fun when taking on multiple enemies. The different combinations you can use between the 2 main characters when in close combat really add that 'je ne sais quoi' that makes a game. Some press/internet reviews said the targeting wasn't that good. Well I wonder what game they were playing because I didn't have any problems at all. It's very easy to switch from target to target using the shoulder buttons. The graphics aren't that bad either, ok they're not up to Syphon Filter standards but compared to other PSP titles they're just fine. Another great thing about this game is the Star Wars factor, since it gives you yet another dimension to the Star Wars universe. But I must say even if this wasn't a Star Wars based game it would still be just as good. This is a must have game. Enough said.
