I bought this for my seven-year-old's birthday, it replaced his worn out DS. He loves the voice changer/recorder and he and his older brother play on it for hours as does my husband! The camera & morphing feature is just as much fun too, apart from the price it is a wonderful, fun and educational gift for any age.

my son loves it , better than the old dsi , much bigger than expected and nice bright screen with lots of added silly things to do , my son is seven and is really enjoying it , worth the few extra pennys !!!!!!

Very well built and love the colour; I went for dark brown, I got both and much prefered it to Wine Red. I really like the larger screens they are a lot more immersive and let you fell like your in the game. Seeing as the screen resolution is the same as the dsi's I expected the graphics to be worse but I can't tell the difference. I would definetly reccomend this to anybody and think ist is better than a Nintendo dsi's and is worth the £30 extra.
