Excellent - Good quality November 11, 2008 Jason Hodgson (South West - UK) Just received this for my birthday (38). I am finding it brilliant with GT5. Makes the game much more realistic especially with the Force Feedback. Would recommend to anyone. Don't know if it has any shortfalls for a die-hard gamer but for casual, not especially competative, players like me it's great. The only comment is the method of holding between your legs!! after a while it makes your thigh muscles ache and the foot pedals are plenty close together so I have to use my left foot on the brake. Minor issues however. Especially now has dropped further in price I would definately recommend. Quality product.
Logitech EX wheel September 2, 2008 K. D. Tunstall (Derby, England) 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
this wheel is a great peice of technology,i have been using this for nfs carbon for the ps2, 10/10 excellent, the force feedback gives a realistic feel to the game, this wheel is only good if it is clamped to a table, it is great, the wheel has a very comfortable rubber, with a good rotation resistance strength, havnt been able to get out of the driving seat with the logitech driving force EX steering wheel.
Perfect Steering weel + cheap too! August 26, 2008 Rob 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
this steering wheel has worked perfectly on my ps3. i have found that it is compatible with every game i ave used it on, which includes Gran Turismo 5 Prologue, Racedriver GRID and Formula One Championship. The force feedback has worked on all of these games as have all the components of the wheel. It has great adaptability as it can be clamped to a desk (which by the way doesn't damage the desk at all) or it can be held between your knees (which i didn't try as it wasn't necessary) The pedals worked perfectly, however they can move around a bit on wooden floors so i found it better to use sticky fixers or blue tac to fix it properly. All things taken into account i am very glad i bought this wheel and not an unnecessarily expensive wheel that is not from what i can gather any better. Perfect for any PS3 racer.
Its bad.... August 2, 2008 Mr. Simon P. Ward 1 out of 4 found this review helpful
Ok there are multiple problems with this wheel. Not only is it almost impossible to use it does not work with a variaty of games such as GTA4 due to the fact you can only have one controller connected at once. So you cannot have this and a controller connected at once making it impossible to use. I don't recommend this in general.
not as advertised June 22, 2008 Ian Impey 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
yes it does work on ps3. but not all the features work the most important being the mode button which allows you to adjust the sensitivity of the wheel, because without it i found this to be useless. UNLESS SONY UPDATE THE PS3 TO ALLOW SENSITIVTY TO BE CHANGED USING THE MODE BUTTON STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTOLLER. unfortunatley im now stuck with a wheel i cant use as my wife threw away all the packaging.
